First Time Users

Getting started with My Summit Medical Group is quick and easy.  

First create a website profile using the Profile tool.  This will allow you to save pages on this website right in your My Summit Medical Group library by using the use the "save" link found at the top of each page.

• Save the doctors and services you use the most
• Save the health news and live well library content you want to reread
• Access content you find while at work when you get back home

This information will be available for you every time you log in and visit your Library on the My Summit Medical Group page.

Second, create a communications account using the Communication tool, which provides enhanced, fully secured access with select Summit Medical Group offices to:

• Request medical appointments
• Request lab or test results
• Email your doctor
• Email the office staff

Please note: not all Summit Medical Group doctors are participating in this service. View updated listing here.

You can use the same username and password for both profiles to make it even easier.
