Through a special arrangement, Merck, Novartis, Pfizer, Wyeth employees and their family members, and patients of former Paramount Medical Group physicians can now receive care from any Summit Medical Group physician at his or her corresponding locations. 

When scheduling and arriving for your first appointment with us, please identify yourself as a Merck, Novartis, Pfizer, Wyeth employee or family member, or patient of a former Paramount Medical Group (now Summit Medical Group) physician, bring your insurance card, and remit your copay.  Our Hmn 

We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
with certain offices open on Saturdays.

We offer Evening Primary Care Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Urgent Care Center
Our Urgent Care Center (UCC) is a 10-bed, state-of-the-art, American Academy of Urgent Care Medicine-accredited facility for patients who do not need a hospital-based emergency department. Our UCC generally has a much shorter wait time than most emergency departments

UCC hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM,
and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine
The health of your child is important to us. We ensure that your child receives immediate medical attention with knowledgeable staff and 24-hour nurse triage.

We also provide Pediatrics After Hours care for infants, children, and adolescents who have health problems that cannot wait until routine hours the following day.

Pediatrics After Hours care is available Monday through Friday 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM,
Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM,
and Sunday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Breast Care Center
Our Breast Care Center offers comprehensive support and care of benign conditions and all stages of breast cancer. We welcome newly diagnosed patients as well as those with recurrent disease from our own and other practices throughout the New Jersey/New York metropolitan area. The Summit Medical Group Breast Care Center is one of few breast centers in the United States and the only center in New Jersey designated a National Consortium of Breast Centers Certified Quality Breast Center of Excellence. 

Women receiving care with us have access to our Breast Health Navigation Services, including support after an abnormal mammogram and coordinated services for additional testing and treatment. We have a board-certified surgeon and medical oncologist available at all times.

Cardiology
Cardiologists at Summit Medical Group are highly skilled in diagnosing and treating disorders of the heart and blood vessels. Vascular Screening for $100
We offer 3 types of vascular screening to help detect silent vascular disease. Help prevent a stroke, ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm, and peripheral arterial disease with this 10-minute, painless ultrasound procedure. Registered vascular technologists perform vascular screening in our accredited vascular laboratory. A board-certified vascular surgeon will review your results, which are available immediately.

Coronary Artery Calcium Scoring for $199
A new technology in cardiovascular medicine, calcium scoring is a highly accurate way to detect plaque in the arteries around your heart or the coronary arteries.
