Summit Medical Group hosts “Go Red Day: Heart Disease and Stroke Awareness Expo,” Wednesday, February 10, 2010, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the Café at its 1 Diamond Hill Road campus.

The interactive event will feature live demonstrations for CPR, pacemaker simulator, cardiac angiography and magnetic resonance imaging, screenings (blood pressure, carbon monoxide for smokers), and education (literature as well as questions and answers). Visit with a team of experts to learn more about the number 1 and 3 killers of women—cardiovascular disease and stroke, respectively. Find out how to raise awareness of these diseases and help protect the ones you love.

The event is presented by the American Heart Association and Summit Medical Group Cardiology.
