Berkeley Heights, NJ -- Kanan Shridharani, MD, recently joined Summit Medical Group Internal Medicine.
Dr. Shridharani earned her BA in biochemistry at Columbia University Barnard College and she earned her MD at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, both in New York City. Dr. Shridharani completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where she also was an assistant professor.
Before joining Summit Medical Group, Dr. Shridharani worked at Weill Cornell Medical Center as an attending physician. She is board certified in internal medicine. Her professional interests include smoking cessation, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
