Allison Gurey Wasserstein, MD, has recently joined Summit Medical Group Pediatrics in the Medical Arts Building at 35 Overlook Road in Summit, New Jersey.

Dr. Gurey Wasserstein earned her BA cum laude in the biological basis of behavior at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. After graduating, she earned her MD at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway and Camden, New Jersey. She completed her internship and residency in pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in Bronx, New York.

Before joining Summit Medical Group Pediatrics, Dr. Gurey Wasserstein was a pediatrician in private practice in West Orange, New Jersey. She also has been an attending pediatrician at Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center in New York City.

Dr. Gurey Wasserstein is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and she is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
