Summit Medical Group is pleased to announce that hospitalist Diana Chan, MD, has joined its outstanding Hospitalist Medicine team. Dr. Chan will partner with her colleagues Amina Ahmed, MD, Michael Blecker, MD, FACP, Marilyn Devroye, PA-C, Leah Kopelan, MD, Rafael Pajaro, MD, and Haydee Soto, MD, to provide comprehensive care for Summit Medical Group patients who are in the hospital.

In addition to her responsibilities as a physician, Dr. Chan has volunteered for the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School Women's Health Outreach Project, which provides gynecologic care to underserved and uninsured residents of Camden, New Jersey. She also has volunteered at a community clinic in Costa Rica, where she performed physical examinations and attended to the health care needs of local residents.

Dr. Chan earned her BS in biological sciences at Rutgers University and she earned her MD at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Chan is a member of the American College of Physicians. She is board certified in internal medicine.
