Summit Medical Group is pleased to announce that internist Stephen K. Bobella, MD, has earned the 2011 MDx Medical, Inc. Patients' Choice Award for his outstanding care and services, including his bedside manner, approach to patients' visits, follow-up care, availability for appointments, and the courtesy of his office staff. In 2011, only 5% of of the nation's physicians were chosen for the MDx honor. 

Before joining the Group, Dr. Bobella practiced privately with Paramount Medical Group/Warren Primary Care in Warren, New Jersey. He also has practiced with Saint Barnabas Outpatient Center and Warren-Watchung Internal Medicine Associates. He has had positions with Lockheed Electronics, Hoechst-Celanese Corporation, and Lucent Technologies-Bell Laboratories.
