Summit Medical Group is pleased to introduce Karen M. Graham as new Chief of Operations. Ms. Graham will be responsible for managing and overseeing operations, information services, and marketing at Summit Medical Group. A seasoned healthcare executive, she has more than 20 years' experience in operations, administration, finance, clinical, and information technology. Recognized for her excellence, Graham was selected as one of Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders in 2009. In addition, Hospitals & Health Networks named her the Most Wired Winner (Most Wireless and Most Improved) in 2008.
Ms. Graham earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and management at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and her master’s degree in organizational dynamics and leadership at the University of Pennsylvania. She also completed an Executive Management Development Program at the Wharton School.
A former United States Navy Naval Aircrewman, Ms. Graham has logged more than 1,000 hours of flight time in various naval aircraft. She is an avid athlete and enjoys golfing, skiing, swimming, running, tennis, and basketball.
