• Delivers a clear, concise message confirming appointments
• Makes a single call confirming all appointments, even for patients who have more than one appointment on the same day
• Makes its calls between 6 PM and 8 PM, 2 days before the appointment. If a patient's phone is busy or the call is unanswered, FastCalls will place an additional confirmation call the following morning
• Summarizes calls for the Group, including cancellations, so that newly open appointments can be made available to other patients
