Summit Medical Group is pleased to announce that Ronna Sherman, MD, has joined its Internal Medicine service.
Dr. Sherman's expertise includes weight managment, women's health, and internal medicine. She has been a nutrition consultant for Glaxo Smith Kline in Parsippany, while also running a successful private consultation practice in Livingtston, New Jersey. She also has led a wellness support group for patients with neurodegenerative disease at the Atlantic Neuroscience Institute at Overlook Medical Center.
Dr. Sherman is a recipient of the Overlook Medical Center Clinical Science and Humanism Award. She is dedicated to a team approach to primary care, with emphasis on empowering patients to take an active role in their health.
