Summit Medical Group's full-service, onsite laboratory recently earned the Commission on Laboratory Accreditation (COLA) Laboratory Excellence Award. Selected for the COLA award because of its commitment to quality patient testing and outstanding laboratory practices, Summit Medical Group complies with all COLA criteria. In addition to successfully undergoing an onsite survey, COLA award recipients must demonstrate proficiency for three previous testing events and have no valid complaints. 

Summit Medical Group is COLA accredited. It is a recipient of the New Jersey Department of Heath and Senior Services (NJDHSS) certificate of recognition as an Advanced Sentinel laboratory that is prepared to respond to bioterrorism.
