SMG Pediatricians are Favorite Kids' Docs!

Summit Medical Group is pleased to announce that the following pediatricians
will be listed in the New Jersey Family listing,  “New Jersey's Favorite Kids' Docs."
Each of the pediatricians is board certified in pediatrics.
They have previously been listed among "New Jersey's Favorite Kids' Docs."

Michelle Bender, MD, FAAP
Chair of Summit Medical Group Pediatrics, Dr. Bender earned her BS at Tufts University. She earned her MD and completed her residency in pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. 

Marnie Cambria, MD
Dr. Cambria earned her BA at College of the Holy Cross. After completing her MD at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, she completed her residency in pediatrics at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. 

Kathleen Cuddihy, MD, FAAP
Dr. Cuddihy earned her BS in biology and liberal arts at Seton Hall University. After earning her MD at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-New Jersey Medical School, she completed her residency in pediatrics at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. 

Julio C. Diaz, MD, FAAP
Dr. Diaz earned his BS at Pace University and he earned his MD at the University of Guadalajara. After completing his postdoctoral training at Rush Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago, Dr. Diaz completed his residency in pediatrics at Overlook Medical Center. 

Daniel E. Hermann, MD, MPH
A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Hermann earned his MPH at the University of Texas Science Center of Public Health and he earned his MD at St. George's University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Atlantic Health, where he was designated Chief Resident. 

Donna L. Lupski, MD, FAAP
Dr. Lupski is a graduate of New York University and New York University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Overlook Medical Center and she completed her fellowship in pediatric infectious diseases at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

Kristen Shapren, MD
Dr. Shapren earned her BS at St. Joseph's University and she earned her MD at Temple University School of Medicine, both in Philadelphia. After graduating, she completed her residency in pediatrics at Dupont Hospital for Children under the auspices of Thomas Jefferson University School of Medicine in Wilmington, Delaware. 

Beth Singer, MD, FAAP
A graduate of Bryn Mawr College, Dr. Singer earned her MD at New York University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Mount Sinai Hospital. 

Alan E. Thomas, MD, FAAP
After earning his MD summa cum laude at the University of Central Del Caribe, Dr. Thomas completed his residency in pediatrics at Overlook Medical Center.

Drs. Diaz, Hermann, Lupski, Singer, and Thomas were named among 380 doctors, dentists, speech/language therapists, and other health care professionals whose goals are to address children's health and parents' concerns. Partnering closely with the parents of their patients, each physician is dedicated to helping children protect, maintain, and improve their health. They are board certified in pediatrics.
