Personal Notes

I find both physical therapy and athletic training extremely rewarding careers. I enjoy challenging patients and athletes so they can achieve their highest functional level in the shortest amount of time. My rehab philosophy is simple: develop mentoring relationships generously laced with humor.

I am a Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 10 years of sport specific training experience. In 2004 interned in Major League Baseball with the Colorado Rockies and have since worked with many high school, collegiate and professional athletes. When I am not working I enjoy golf, playing ice hockey and triathlons.
