In addition to her position at Summit Medical Group, Deborah J. Cheung, MD, is a member of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Consultant Medical Staff.
Before joining Summit Medical Group, Dr. Cheung was Medical Director of University Medical Practice Associates at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. She also was an instructor at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. She has served on the American Board of Internal Medicine Clinical Competency Committee and Patient Education Committee at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital.
A gifted speaker, Dr. Cheung has delivered local and regional invited presentations on elder care, asthma, nutrition, estrogen replacement, Parkinson's disease, and sexuality.
Dr. Cheung is a member of the American College of Physicians and Society of Internal Medicine.
