During his Dr. Deremo's Sports Medicine fellowship at Union Hospital in Baltimore, he served as assistant team physician to the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens and Major Indoor Soccer League’s Baltimore Blast. Additionally, he provided care for multiple collegiate athletic teams, including Johns Hopkins University and Loyola College. 

Dr. Deramo and his wife and two children enjoy traveling to the Jersey shore, spending time with family, and going to the park with their bullmastiff.
