In addition to his position at Summit Medical Group, John O. Percy, MD, is Attending Physician at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, New Jersey. Dr. Percy also is a consulting physician in newborn care at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey.

Before joining the Group, Dr. Percy was a physician and partner with Paramount Medical Group in Westfield, New Jersey. He is Former Chairman of the Overlook Medical Center Pediatric Quality Assurance Committee and a former member of the Overlook Medical Center Patient Care Review Committee. He is listed in New Jersey Family's "NJ's Favorite Kids' Docs."

Dr. Percy says, "My childhood pediatrician's dedicated approach inspired me to study and practice medicine. His example and my own experiences have taught me that good communication and continuity of care is essential to the physical and emotional well-being of patients. In addition, I emphasize exercise, good nutrition, and preventive care with my patients."

When he is not working with his patients, Dr. Percy enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, playing tennis, and traveling abroad.
