Before joining Summit Medical Group, Kanan V. Shridharani, MD, was an attending physician at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Shridharani was Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at Weill Medical College in New York City. In addition, she has been Attending Physician, Outpatient Preceptor, and Direct Patient Care Provider for Mount Sinai Medical Center Internal Medicine Associates. To her credit, Dr. Shridharani has served on the Internal Medicine Associates Quality Assurance Committee, Internal Medicine Residency Recruitment Committee, Internal Medicine Associates Diabetes Quality Improvement Committee, Medicine-Pediatrics Residency Recruitment Committee, and Faculty Development Lecture Series Committee at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She has been a lecturer for Mount Sinai Medical Center residents on topics such as addiction, diabetes, and women's health as well as infectious and sexually transmitted diseases.
