Before joining Summit Medical Group, Dr. Sherman practiced internal medicine and nephrology with Calvert Internal Medicine, where she was Director of the Calvert Dialysis Center in Prince Frederick, Maryland. Dr. Sherman is a member of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Consultant Medical Staff and has a particular interest in breast cancer survivorship. She is a recipient of the 1993 New York Society of Nephrology First Prize for original research.
