Before joining Summit Medical Group, Rinky Paranandi, MA, CCC-SLP, was an Outpatient Speech and Language Pathologist at Children's Specialized Hospital in New Providence, New Jersey. Her experience includes early intervention speech and language pathology as well as speech and language pathology, evaluation, and therapy for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. She also has expertise in feeding and swallowing disorders. Ms. Paranandi partners with audiologists, psychologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, teachers, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care to each of her patients.

Ms. Paranandi is a member of the American Speech and Language Hearing Association. She is a recipient of the Children's Shining Stars Award.
