Description:
Join our special guest chef and our diabetic educators at Summit Medical Group for a healthy cooking demonstration and educational session. During this presentation our chef will demonstrate how to make a low-carb, full-flavor dish and share favorite healthy recipes. The discussion will focus on the signs, symptoms and treatment of diabetes and the importance of healthy eating and exercise. A light meal and samples will be provided.
