Join Summit Medical Group’s Pharmacist, Walter Cifuentes of Walgreens, as he discusses many common concerns regarding drug interactions and patient compliance. Topics include drug interactions between major classes of drugs (ie – blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, antibiotics); prescription drugs and OTC drugs or vitamins; optimal time to take medication - with or without food; and learn how to better adhere to a drug regimen for safe and optimal effectiveness.
