PROGRAM: Pediatric Weight Management

Our 10-week program is designed to increase motivation to change eating and physical activity behaviors. Our multidisciplinary approach uses education, behavioral management strategies, guidance in parenting techniques and a supervised exercise program for child participants ages 9 to 12 years old.
