Sometimes referred to as meditation in motion, Tai Chi is a low-impact, weight-bearing exercise that’s well known for its ability to reduce stress. Ms. Silverstein’s Tai Chi program is designed and safe for people of all ages and most states of health, including those with arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions.
Tai Chi can help improve:

Tai Chi is especially useful for people who engage in all levels of activity. It’s good for but not limited to people who have been sedentary and those who would like to begin a program that’s safe for joints and muscles. It involves deep breathing, but does not promote breathlessness or sweating.
If you’re looking for a calming activity that promotes overall wellness and can improve your quality of life, consider tai chi.
Ms. Silverstein's tai chi program is tailored for people with arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions. It is safe for your joints.
