Sport enthusiasts will learn why and how strength and speed training can improve performance while also helping to avoid the most common form of injuries that occur when actively participating in sports. Athletes who properly train both pre-season and in-season have more endurance in competitive situations and stay stronger throughout a long sports season. Mark will discuss approaches to training and an ideal schedule to match the seasonality of each sport.
