As a result of the recent merger between Summit Medical Group and Paramount Medical Group, we now have 2 separate systems you can use to interact with certain doctors online. As we move to single system, we will keep both systems active for your convenience.

 

Only certain Summit Medical Group doctors participate. If your doctor is
not on one of the lists, he or she does not participate at this time.

 

To access the system for your doctor, click the link below that applies to you:

 

I was a Summit Medical Group Patient before October 1, 2011.
Click here for a list of doctors you may access online. Then, click your doctor’s name to begin.

 

I was a Paramount Medical Group Patient before October 1, 2011.
Click here to access the Paramount Patient Portal.

 

I am a new patient.
Click the Practitioners tab above. Then, click your doctor's name. Look for his or her contact details in the box on the right that includes your doctor's phone number. If your doctor participates, you will be able to click the email link; if your doctor does not participate, the link will not be visible.
