Non-Germinal Center B-Cell-like Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma
TITLE:
An Open-Label, Randomized, Phase 2 study to Assess the Effectiveness of RCHOP With or Without VELCADE in Previously Untreated Patient with Non-Germinal Center B-Cell-like Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

PURPOSE:
To determine whether the addition of VELCADE to RCHOP improves progression-free survival in patients with Non-Germinal Center B-Cell-like Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma
ELIGIBILITY:
Candidates must:
- Be male or female aged 18 years or older
- Have previously untreated Non-Germinal Center B-Cell-like Diffuse Large B-Cell that has been classified as the non-GCB subtype
- At least one measurable tumor mass that is >1.5 cm in the long axis and >1.0 cm in the short axis
- Availability of a paraffin block with sufficient tumor tissue to allow for subtyping that can be submitted for central laboratory analysis
- No evidence of central nervous system lymphoma
DURATION:
2 visits per cycle; total of 6 cycles
