Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer in Past Smokers Clinical Trial
TITLE:
A Randomized, Phase 2b, Multicenter Study of Pralatrexate Versus Erlotinib in Stage IIIB/IV Non-small Cell Lung Cancer After Failure of at Least One Prior Platinum-based Treatment
PURPOSE:
To study the efficacy of pralatrexate compared to erlotinib in patients with non-small cell lung cancer who have failed at least one platinum-based treatment.

ELIGIBILITY:
Patients aged 18 years or older with histologically or cytologically confirmed stage IIIb/IV non-small cell lung carcinoma relapsed after 1 or 2 prior chemotherapy regimens and who have smoked >100 cigarettes in a lifetime.
