Collection Services
Summit Medical Group offers comprehensive laboratory services on site to patients at most of our locations. The lab performs testing and specimen collection for all testing ordered by Summit Medical Group physicians. Patients can have blood drawn at any location, regardless of where your physician is located. Your physician will provide all necessary instructions when testing is ordered.
Full Service Laboratory
Our state-of-the-art CLIA licensed and COLA certified laboratory is located on site in our 1 Diamond Hill Road building. We have accounts with specialty labs across the United States for rare testing that cannot be performed in-house, or to comply with patients insurance requirements.
- Special hematology testing is also available to our patients that visit our doctors at our Oncology Center.
- Phlebotomy services are also available Monday through Friday at our 1 Diamond Hill Road, Watchung, Short Hills and Westfield locations. Limited appointment times are also available on the weekends at our 1 Diamond Hill Road facility.
