Physical Rehabilitation and Follow Up
Although we expect our patients to work hard at physical therapy, our professional staff will make the experience enjoyable.
Specialized hand therapists and occupational therapists work with patients to establish an individualized physical therapy and follow upprogram that emphasizes but is not limited to rehab exercises, adaptive splinting/bracing, and ergonomic assessment. These techniques allow patients to regain independence in everyday tasks as well as vocational activities.
Postrehabilitation patients can work with our highly qualified strength and conditioning staff to prepare for competition by:
- Increasing fitness levels
- Increasing speed and agility
- Increasing strength safely and appropriately
The program can be tailored to address issues specific to different sports.

Our highly trained staff personalize programs to meet specific needs. Exercise routines step up in difficulty and duration according to each patient’s level of healing and ability. Our staff focus on education to enhance awareness and decrease risk of injury. Understanding the needs of older adults, our staff are skilled at designing programs that emphasize safe practices and positive outcomes.
