Insurance and Financing

Insurance plans usually cover medically necessary noncosmetic procedures. Summit Medical Group Plastic Surgery participates with most insurance carriers. Patients who do not have participating insurance plans, must pay at the time of their procedure. Our staff will provide the forms you need for reimbursement. If you are having a cosmetic procedure that are not covered by insurance, we offer several convenient payment options.

Cash or Check
If you plan to pay for your procedure with cash or by check, your payment is due at your presurgical visit 2 weeks before surgery.

Credit Cards
You also may pay for your procedure with a major credit card 2 weeks before your surgery.

Monthly Payment Plans
We offer flexible payment options through myMedicalLoan.com and American Benefit Credit, which are specifically designed for cosmetic surgery.
