Losing weight and keeping it off is no easy task, and the experience is different for everyone. Our Lifestyle Classes are designed to help make your journey easier and to help you achieve your weight management goals. Over a 24-week period you will learn skills that will contribute to making your life healthier by working with our dietitian, behavioral therapist and exercise specialist. Topics covered will include mindful eating, stress and eating, portion distortion, fitness strategies, dining in and out, and much more!
We realize that individualized attention is key and for that reason, classes will be an intimate, support group-like setting.
Mondays, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
24 consecutive weeks. Rolling registration.
