Jenny Disko, RN, MSN, APN is a member Summit Medical Group's Internal Medicine team with experience in critical and outpatient adult care. Ms. Disko is dedicated to providing her patients with comprehensive, individualized, patient-centered care using a holistic approach and open communication. She enjoys helping her patients and their families better understand their specific disease process and assisting them in making and maintaining positive changes to their health.

Prior to joining Summit Medical Group, Ms. Disko worked as an Advanced Practice Nurse at Montclair State University, and as a Level II Staff Nurse at Hackensack University Medical Center. She has an impressive 25 years of critical care experience in a surgical ICU/trauma unit at Hackensack Meridian and ten years’ experience in outpatient care as an Advanced Practice Nurse.

Ms. Disko is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time at the beach and traveling.
